ผลการวิจัยยังตอกย้ำถึงความไม่สอดคล้องกันระหว่างสิ่งที่นายจ้างให้ความสำคัญมากที่สุดกับการวางตัวในที่ทำงานของพนักงานที่อยู่ในช่วงกลางของอาชีพและพนักงานสูงวัย
