Bangkok, November 22, 2023 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and True-DTAC have partnered to introduce the “Amazing Thailand Expat Privileges” program, specifically tailored for expatriates.
This exclusive program provides a variety of advantages, such as discounted rates on tourism products and services, along with complimentary access to national parks.
‘Amazing Thailand Expat Privileges’: TAT and True-DTAC Offer Discounts and Free National Park Entry
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has partnered with True-DTAC to provide ‘Amazing Thailand Expat Privileges’ exclusively for expats. This program offers discounts on tourism products and services, as well as free entry to national parks, in a bid to encourage expats to explore the country and enjoy a great value vacation at various destinations in Thailand.
Exclusive Privileges for Expats: How to Access Them
Expats can take advantage of these exclusive privileges from now until 29 February 2024 by visiting the dedicated website, expatprivileges.com, which features special deals and a list of participating vendors in accommodation, restaurants, health and wellness, activities, and shopping. Additionally, TAT is working with the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP) to offer expats free entry to Thailand’s national parks from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024.
True-DTAC’s Involvement and Welcome Messages for Foreign Customers
True Corporation Plc will leverage its extensive digital communication network to promote the project among its foreign customers, with a special welcome message sent to existing True-DTAC foreign customers upon arrival at six of Thailand’s major international airports. Additionally, new ‘Thailand Tourist SIM’ card customers at True Shop will also receive the welcome message upon activating the SIM card.

Exclusive privileges for expats are available from now until 29 February 2024. Expats are advised to visit https://expatprivileges.com to search for special deals as well as a list of participating vendors in five categories – accommodation, restaurants, health and wellness, activities, and shopping. The website is in English and Chinese.
TAT is also working with the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP) to offer expats free entry to Thailand’s national parks from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024. The list of national parks will be announced on the DNP website on 1 December.
Thailand is one of the world’s top tourist destinations and has long been a premier destination for long-stay travellers, including expats, retirees, remote workers, and digital nomads. It is estimated that more than 2.15 million expats currently living in Thailand.
