BEIJING, Nov. 23, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — NaaS Technology Inc. (“NaaS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: NAAS), the first U.S. listed EV charging service company in China, today announced that the share purchase agreement dated August 22, 2023, pursuant to which the Company would acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Charge Amps AB, has been terminated.
