The Stock Exchange of Thailand has launched the “ESG DNA Project: Sustainability Knowledge Set for All Levels of Personnel,” a fundamental sustainability course for employees at every level of the organization, to put sustainability into practical action. Presently, over 257 organizations are participating in the project, with upwards of 139,000 employees engaged in the learning process.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand has initiated the “ESG DNA Project: Sustainability Knowledge Set for Personnel of All Levels” since July 2023, open to organizations including listed companies, government agencies, other private sectors, as well as SME entrepreneurs, aiming to instill understanding and lead to actual practice in each organization. The project offers more than 20 e-Learning courses covering sustainability content, and organizations participating will have tools to track and measure learning results and instill ESG DNA in their personnel. Currently, there are more than 257 organizations participating in the project, with more than 139,000 employees enrolled, and 50 organizations have been awarded certificates for their commitment to pushing knowledge to employees at all levels.
