The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is encouraging the bondholders of 12 tranches of EA bonds to carefully review all available information, participate in the upcoming bondholders’ meeting, and communicate with the bond issuer or their representatives to obtain comprehensive information before making a voting decision. The bondholders’ meeting is scheduled for August 27, 2024.
