Thailand’s Advanced Info Service (AIS), established by ex-Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, is diversifying its business by venturing into cloud computing and renewable energy. This shift aims to enhance its growth beyond traditional telecom services.
In early August, AIS revealed a collaboration with Oracle, a leading U.S. cloud services provider. This partnership is poised to accelerate AIS’s entry into the cloud market.
The company plans to launch “AIS Cloud” by the end of March, marking a significant step in its strategic expansion and innovation in technology.
